Rental Car Tena – Tirana International Airport

1. Eligibility

• The renter must be at least 21 years old.

• A valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 2 years is required.

• The rental service is available only to non-residents (tourists) visiting Albania.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made online or via phone/email.

• A valid passport and driver’s license must be presented at pick-up.

• Payment can be made:

  • Upon vehicle pick-up in cash.

  • In advance via bank transfer. Bank account details will be provided by email after booking confirmation.

• No deposit is required unless otherwise stated during booking.

• If the booking is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy, payments made via bank transfer will be refunded within 7 business days to the same account used for the payment.

3. Pick-Up and Return

• Vehicle pick-up and return take place at Tirana International Airport.

• Cars must be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up.

• Late returns may incur additional charges, unless previously agreed.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance is included (third-party liability).

• Full coverage insurance is available at an extra daily cost.

• In case of damage, accident, or theft, the renter must notify Rental Car Tena and the police immediately.

• The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, driving under influence, or use outside Albania.

5. Prohibited Use

• The vehicle may not be used:

  • Off-road or on unpaved roads.

  • For racing or towing.

  • By anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Outside Albanian territory without prior written permission.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the rental date.

• Changes to your booking are subject to availability.

• No-show or cancellation within 48 hours may incur a one-day rental charge.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

• Report any mechanical issues immediately.

• Return the vehicle at the agreed date/time to avoid penalties.

8. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for rental and legal purposes.

• We do not share your data with third parties.
